Refund Policy

You can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel contributions any time prior to the contribution being processed. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled and is considered non-refundable by the IRS, who governs the tax exempt status of New City as a church. The refund policy for specific events (such as concerts, art exhibits, etc.) is determined according to the nature of event and an event refund policy is posted for each specific event.
