Every Christmas season, New City welcomes under-resourced families from our partnered organizations into our church for a one-day discounted shopping experience. We provide high-quality gifts at an extremely affordable price that are wrapped on site, as well as a kid fun zone for children (to maintain gift secrecy!). We strive to bless these families with a joyful Christmas shopping experience and give them the opportunity to provide impressive gifts their children want, while eliminating financial stress. Our church community contributes to this event by donating the gifts for families in need.



We are collecting new gift donations in our lobby from November 21 to December 5. Please bring unwrapped items appropriate for ages birth to 18 years, such as:

  • Toys
  • Books
  • Legos
  • Games
  • Electronics
  • Make up
  • Bikes and scooters
  • Gift cards to Target or Walmart

*NO clothing, socks, or shoes please!



The gifts we collect will be used at our Affordable Christmas event, as well as at the Christmas Boutique at Hope Women’s Center. We want to invite all women at New City to join us for a special service project at the Hope Women’s Center Christmas Boutique on December 7. We’ll help them create a joyful Christmas shopping experience for under-resourced women and their families. We need volunteers to be personal shoppers, wrap gifts, and restock their boutique. You can choose between two shifts: 8:45 am – 11:30 am or 11:15 am – 2:30 pm. Childcare will be available for both shifts.

Serve at Affordable Christmas

Affordable Christmas will be at New City on Saturday, Dec. 11 from 3 – 6 pm. There are a variety of ways you can serve at this event! If you are interested in any of the following areas, please register below and we will follow up with you with more information.
